Requirement Overview:

As a manager managing a team of 50 employees, we need APIs to:

✅ Get list of employees with an active timer running

• Employee name
• Timer start time
• Task they are working on

✅ Get list of employees not running any timer

• Indicate no active task timer

✅ Get list of idle employees

• Employees online in the system but not working on any assigned task or timer

Business Objective:

To provide managers with real-time visibility of team productivity to:

• Monitor who is working on what task actively
• Identify employees without active work or timers
• Improve accountability and optimise resource allocation
