API – Time Tracking Policy Changes/Updates

Timer

– If the user runs the timer on a task, then a check-in happens

– If the user takes a break or checks out, then the task timer stops

Additional: 

Don’t allow logging time manually => Add Time button gets hidden

Don’t allow logging time into completed tasks

Don’t allow logging time into tasks with no estimates

Don’t allow logging time into tasks with the estimates reached

Don’t allow setting up or changing task estimates

Don’t allow logging time after “After Number of Days” dropdown

– Before today

– After 1 day

– After 2 days

– After 3 days

– After 5 days

– After 7 days

– After 15 days

– After 30 days

– After Day of the week (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun)

– After Day of the month (1-30)

Automatically stop timers after “Automatically Stop Timers”

– At the day’s end

– 1 hour after the day’s end

– 2 hours after the day’s end

Automatically stop timers running for the “Automatically Stop Timers” dropdown

1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10
