Bulk Selection & Activity Actions
Requirement Overview:
As a user of Amdital, I want the ability to select multiple tasks or project items at once and perform bulk actions, similar to how Jira supports bulk updates. This will allow me to:
- Select multiple tasks, bugs, stories, or work items in a single click (using a ‘Select All’ or multi-select checkbox functionality).
- Perform bulk actions on these selected items such as:
- Change status (e.g., move all selected bugs to ‘Done’ or ‘Blocked’).
- Edit fields in bulk (e.g., assign to a user, change priority, update sprint).
- Delete or archive multiple items together if permitted.
Example:
I have selected 45 bugs that are currently in ‘Re-Opened’ status and I want to move all to ‘Done’ or ‘Blocked’ at once instead of updating each item individually.
