Requirement Overview:

As a manager managing a team of 50 employees, I want to have a Team Timer Inactive/Active feature to:

• See real-time status of all team members’ task timers, including:
• ✅ Employees with an active timer running
• Show employee name
• Timer start time
• Task they are working on
• ✅ Employees not running any timer
• Indicate no active task timer
• ✅ Employees who are idle
• Employees online in system but not working on any assigned task or timer

Business Objective:

To provide managers with real-time visibility of team productivity, enabling them to:

• Monitor who is working on what task actively
• Identify employees without active work or timers
• Improve accountability and optimise resource allocation

Acceptance Criteria:

• UI should match Figma design
• Timer statuses should be updated in real time
• Correct user-task mapping displayed
• Functional and UI testing completed

API Integration:

• Take APIs from Vinayak

Testing & Validation:

• Perform functional and UI testing
• Ensure accuracy of data, real-time updates, and correct display
