Move Edit Project under Settings page as first tab “Details”

Right now, if we want to edit a project, we have to go to All Projects and click the Edit button. This takes extra steps every time.

We want to make it easier. Add “Details” as the first tab under the Settings page of each project. This tab should open the same edit project form that we see when clicking Edit in All Projects.

After this change:

• Users can edit project details directly from the Settings page by clicking the Details tab.
• The edit form should look and work exactly the same in both places (All Projects > Edit button and Settings > Details tab).
• This will save time for users managing projects.

Why this is needed:

To avoid going back and forth to All Projects every time we need to edit basic project details.
