UI/UX Design – Amdital Chrome Extension (My Tasks & Timesheet Tabs)

🔶 Scope of Work:

1. Login & Logout Flow

• Design login screen with email & password fields (or SSO if applicable)
• Design logout button placement within the extension

1. My Tasks Tab

• Displays user tasks similar to the Amdital web My Tasks view
• Minimal, clean layout optimized for Chrome extension popup size
• Include task title, due date, and status as primary information

1. Timesheet Tab

• Displays timesheet entries fetched from the web product
• Ability to add/edit daily log entries
• Include only required/marked fields (as per attached reference)
• Clean input forms with primary/secondary action buttons

🔶 Design Guidelines:

• Follow Amdital web product design system for colors, typography, and UI components
• Ensure responsiveness within fixed extension popup width
• Maintain clear CTA (Call To Action) placement
• Design for ease of use within limited height, with scroll if needed

📐 Design Sizes

✅ Chrome Extension Popup Window:

• Width: 360 px
• Height: 500 – 600 px (design with vertical scroll if content exceeds height)

Acceptance Criteria

✔ UI screens for Login, Logout, My Tasks tab, and Timesheet tab designed

✔ Designs shared in Figma with prototypes and developer notes

✔ Reviewed with Product Manager before final sign-off
