Dev: Tatatech menu and Bg changes

We need your support in the 

1. Icon updation in Menu
2. Menu background color. (Hex code – #001B5B , Background should be transparent white and dark blue on hover effect. )

Let’s do this in UAT first and after approval you can move it to prod. )
